1. The competition is promoted by GrainGrowers Ltd or GrainGrowers of Level 19, 1 Market St, Sydney, NSW 2000. ABN 25 000 245 269.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except for employees of GrainGrowers Ltd, and anyone otherwise connected with the running of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
4. Information on how to enter the competition is provided at the GrainGrowers booth at Innovation Generation.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person, with the exception of where multiple entries are permitted as outlined in the competition entry form.
6. Closing date for competition entries will close at the completion of Innovation Generation on 25 July 2024, or the date listed on the individual competition entrance form. After this date, no further entries to a competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are dictated by the individual competition and are marked on the entry form.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, and these terms and conditions, without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God/nature, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize will be listed on the individual competition entry form.
12. The prize is as outlined, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
13. Winners will be chosen using a randomised algorithm from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and, or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified where appropriate in person, or byphone/email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, rights are reserved to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by relevant Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
18. The winner agrees to their name and image being used in any publicity material relating to their competition entry. Any collected personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislationand will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entrants are providing information to GrainGrowers Ltd. Information provided will be used in conjunction with Innovation Generation and GrainGrowers Privacy Policy
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by Facebook, X, Instagram, or any other social network.
22. GrainGrowers Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. GrainGrowers Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
